What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and implement safety protocols for all deployment activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure safe and efficient transportation of products, including overflow on-road car use.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
- Analyze incident reports and safety performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, ensuring all safety standards and requirements are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in safety management, preferably within e-commerce or logistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to product deployment and transportation.
- Proven ability to conduct safety audits and risk assessments effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess safety performance and implement improvements.
